If you've lost your gift card code, please contact our customer support with your purchase details (order number, email used for purchase). We're happy to help.
Our gift cards follow the hotel policies. This means if a booking is refundable according to hotel policy, we will refund your gift card and any additional payments if you decide to cancel. For non-refundable bookings, gift cards and additional payments cannot be refunded unfortunately.
You can cancel your gift card and get a full refund within 14 days via our self-cancellation service. No questions asked! Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days.
