- Submit your cancellation request

Not Eligible for Refund
- B2B orders (order numbers starting with "EC-B")
- Cryptocurrency purchases
- Partially or fully redeemed gift cards
- Gift cards from third-party retailers

2. Hotel Booking Cancellation - Gift Card Portion
When you cancel a hotel booking that was paid (in whole or in part) with a gift card:

3. Hotel Booking Cancellation - Additional Payment Refund
If you made an additional payment by credit card (beyond the gift card balance):

Refunds for additional payments are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy: subject to the hotel's cancellation policy:
- Full refund: Full refund: If cancelled within hotel's free cancellation period
- Partial refund: Partial refund: If cancelled after free period but before check-in
- Non-refundable: Non-refundable: For non-refundable rates or late cancellations
Processing: Refunded to original payment method within 3 business days after hotel approves the cancellation
No-Show Policy
No refunds are available for missed experiences ("no-shows"). Please ensure you cancel your booking in advance if you cannot attend.
Booking Modifications
If you need to modify your hotel booking (change dates, guest information, room type, etc.):
- Contact the hotel directly if they allow direct modifications
- Contact us through our Customer Service page if direct modifications are not possible
Note: Modification fees may apply depending on the hotel's policies and the nature of the changes.
Important Information
Refund Timing
The 14-day refund period begins from the date of purchase, not the date the gift was given to the recipient. Once 14 days have passed from the purchase date, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
Partial Usage
If any portion of the gift card value has been used for a booking, the entire gift card becomes ineligible for the money-back guarantee, even if there is remaining balance.
Processing Delays
While we process refunds promptly on our end, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. This can vary from a few business days to 1-2 billing cycles.
